    Directions:

    Step 1: Prepare 2-4 boiled eggs and peel the shell off.

    Step 2: Wash Astrogalus, Angelica, and red dates and put them into a stock pot. Fill with enough water and boil on high heat. Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.

    Step 3: Put the boiled eggs and tablet sugar in the pot and continue to simmer for 20 minutes.
